At Build My WOW BOX, we want your gifts to arrive beautifully and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Processing Time

We curate and assemble all WOW Box orders to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. During peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and wedding season, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Australia: 3 to 7 business days; International: 10 to 21 business days (where available)

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at zanyg888@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Build My WOW BOX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to redelivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
